Photographer and Editor

• Photographic Documentation of Fine Art and Design for a variety of end uses, including reproduction, editorial, publishing, catalogs and websites, marketing, archives and inventories of collections among other uses. 
• Using strobe lighting on-site or in-situ for individual art and design pieces, as well as exhibitions and installations. Including all post-production editing. 

Inventory Controller / Assistant Administrator

• Registration and Photography of 2D and 3D Artworks, Design pieces, Furniture and Lighting that come into storage. Including taking condition reports, and digitization of records, Fine Art-handling and Preparation.
• Administrative Functions: Fielding Telephone and Email Communications, Data Entry, Interdepartmental Scheduling, direct client liaison, organizational structuring.

• On a recurring contract basis, Retouching a high volume of fine art, design, reproduction images as well as e-commerce and editorial style images photographed by JAR Studios for galleries, private artists and small businesses.

Image Editor, Catalog Production
Christie’s Auction House, New York, NY 2019
• Using Adobe Photoshop to retouch, and color match a high volume of digital imaging of artworks to the physical pieces to ensure accuracy of images in the auction catalogs. This was a temporary contract to assist with Spring 2019 season catalogs. I worked on the PostWar Contemporary, American Art, Impressionist/Modern Art, Magnificent Jewels and Watches sales.

Assistant Gallery Photographer / Digital Archivist
R & Company, New York, NY 2017 - 2019
• Assist the lead photographer as well as work independently to stage, light and shoot Mid-Century and Contemporary art, furniture and design. I photographed, shot video and performed post production editing for images and video used in the CMS, website, social media as well as various publications.
• Digital Archiving of the Gallery’s digital photo assets with DAMS and CMS.

Graduate Photography Teaching Assistant

• Assisted Professors, Romeo DiLoreto and Jacopo Santini in the instruction of the fine art courses: Introductory, Intermediate, & Advanced Black & White Analog and the respective levels in Digital Color Photography.
• Documented artwork for students, as well as documenting events and openings.
• Maintained the photography department’s inventory of photographic equipment including: Digital and Analog cameras of a variety of image format, (APS-C, 35mm, medium and large format) strobe lighting apparatus, tripods and stands, and he portrait/still-life studio.

Darkroom Chemistry Technician

• Mixed and maintained chemistry for traditional Silver processes film and print development and processing, including film chemistry, manual trays and automatic processing machines for print development. 
•  Maintained the enlarger units and assorted materials necessary for the darkroom. 
• Also maintained the chemistry and organization of materials in the alternative printing processes lab.  

Digital Lab Technician

• Maintained and ensured proper operation for all computers, digital scanners, printers, plotters and drawing tablets in the digital lab. 

Fine Art Printer

• Serigraph printmaker, creating large and small runs of fine art prints, garments, and advertising materials.
• Color specialist for all ink mixing used in the facility. Creating new recipes to add to a growing library of replicable and consistent Pantone matched inks.

• Organized, managed and monitored a weekly community life drawing class sponsored by the university of Denver, from maintaining supplies, booking models, cleanliness of space, marketing initiatives and general operations.
